Smart-contract deployment#

  • Smart contracts are deployed through transactions

    • The developer only needs to send a contract creation to the network

    • This transaction will contains the contract’s code

  • Once created, the contract will have its own account

    • Its own address

    • Its own balance

Smart-contract calls and executions#

  • Smart contracts are called through transactions

  • To call a contract you need its address

  • If Bob wants to call a contract, he needs to send it a transaction

    • The transaction will contains the informations regarding which function he calls and what are the parameters (it required)
